Reviewing Application

Once we've received your application, a member of our talent team will review this and get back to you as soon as possible. You should always hear back from us with how we're progressing your application, so please reach out to us if you haven't ✨

Stage 2

Introduction Call with Talent

An Introductory Call is a ~30 minute call on Meets to get to know you more: your experiences relevant to the role you've applied to, understanding your interest in Alecto, and a chance for us to give you more context / give you a chance to ask anything about the role or us! 

ℹ️ Depending on the Seniority of the role may determine the length of the call
Stage 3

Take Home Coding Challenge

For our engineering roles, we need to ensure we're hiring genuine builders 🧱 We've set up a coding challenge to allow you to flex your creativity, whilst showing us your thought process on why you decided to make a technical decision.

ℹ️ Please note, the challenge is relative but not associated with our platform/code. We're aware candidates will be part of other processes, may have current roles, plus other family/personal commitments, so being respectful of your time is first and foremost! 


Stage 4

Technical Interview

Time to meet our engineers! This will be a 1h15 interview to dive into your technical abilities, and run through a System Design white-boarding session too
Stage 5

Whiteboarding Session

As part of this role, we would expect engineers to have a strong systems-design thinking and experience. In this stage, you'll work with the engineers to solve a challenge to draw upon your product-thinking
Stage 6

Values Interview

A chance for you to meet our Founder & CEO, Will and discuss how your own values, motives and ways of working align with Alecto. It's a great chance for you to understand what drives us and get to know us, too 💫
